Production and shipping

Obsidian Thread Co. products are offered through our official Printify storefront and are generally produced on demand. The checkout page displays the current shipping price and estimated delivery window for the selected product and destination. Production and carrier transit times can vary.

Order details

Review the design, garment color, size, quantity and shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Product mockups are digital previews; color and scale can vary slightly on a finished garment.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or materially different from the order, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. The request will be reviewed under the fulfillment provider’s current replacement and refund rules.

Change-of-mind returns

Because products are produced on demand, change-of-mind returns and size exchanges may be limited. Review the current policy presented through the official Printify checkout before purchasing.
